Investment and development company GRAF-DEVELOPMENT, specializing in business-class residential real estate in Odessa and the region, approached us with the task of automating the process of creating sales contracts in Bitrix24. The goal was to speed up the work of managers and minimize the impact of the human factor.

The goals of the project to automate the creation of sales contracts include:
- Simplifying the contract creation process: Automation should eliminate the need to manually enter data into contracts, reducing document preparation time and eliminating the potential for human error.
- Automated breakdown of payment amounts: The system should automatically calculate monthly payments based on the total contract amount, which helps buyers plan their finances better.
- Currency conversion: Built-in function to convert the transaction value from USD to UAH at the current exchange rate at the time of the contract to ensure accurate calculations and compliance with legal requirements.
- Integration with banking systems: The system should automatically receive up-to-date exchange rates from the bank, ensuring that data is up-to-date without the need to manually update the exchange rate.
- Creating legally appropriate documents: Automated contracts must comply with all legal requirements and regulations to be recognized as valid in case of legal disputes.
- Ensuring accessibility of documents: The system should provide easy access to the created contracts for all parties involved in the transaction, as well as the ability to print or email them directly from the system.
- Monitoring and reporting: The ability to track the status of each contract in real time and generate reports on completed transactions for internal audit and analysis.
- Increasing the level of customer service: Automation of the process of creating contracts allows reducing the waiting time of clients and increasing their satisfaction with the services offered by the company.
