The goal of the project is to automate the creation and sending of personalized birthday greetings to customers. The process includes:

  1. Setting up the collection and storage of customer birthday data in CRM.
  2. Designing and preparing greeting letter templates containing personalized appeal and special offers.
  3. Integration with the e-mail system to automatically send letters on precisely set dates.
  4. Customization of notification system to track sent letters and their impact on customers.

Step 1

Integration of the site with Bitrix24: When registering on the online store's website, customers filled in their date of birth information. All information about customers was automatically transferred to Bitrix24 and displayed as customer cards.

Step 2

Creating a business process algorithm: The algorithm checked for the presence of the "date of birth" field each time the customer's card was changed. An annual cycle was run that determined if the customer's birthday was this year and repeated sending birthday greetings annually. The process determined the number of days until the birthday and, if necessary, sent a suggestion to the manager to confirm the mailing.

Automation of sending congratulatory letters: On the right date, Bitrix24 automatically sent a congratulatory letter to the client.
