Our client conducts all work with clients in Bitrix24: the system records enquiries from all sales channels, saves contact information about the client into a single database and records the history of communications. Managers can create new bookings directly in Bitrix24, which are displayed in PMS, and vice versa, all requests from PMS turn into deals in Bitrix24. All work with transactions is done in the portal, documents and invoices are automatically generated and sent from Bitrix24.

The project is aimed at automating financial accounting in the hotel by integrating Bitrix24 system with payment and accounting systems Privat24, Liqpay, Finolog and Poster. Key objectives include:
- Optimization of payment acceptance process: Automation of payment acceptance from customers via Privat24 and Liqpay, simplification of booking and settlement processes.
- Centralization of payment tracking: Providing a single access to information on payment statuses via Bitrix24 for timely accounting of receipts and payments.
- Automatic data synchronization: Integrate with Finolog to automatically update accounting records in real time, minimizing the risk of errors and improving the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Improved financial management through Poster: Automate the transfer of sales and expense data to the hotel’s restaurant area, providing full transparency of financial flows.
These measures will enable the hotel to improve financial control, speed up transaction processing and increase customer satisfaction through faster and more convenient payment solutions.
