Automation of mailings: We have shifted the tasks of mailing letters and sms to Bitrix24 robots. When a job application is received, the robot sends a questionnaire depending on the vacancy and duplicates the sending of a sms notification.

Automate the transition between stages and tasking: Created a hiring funnel with 6 stages and automated the transition between them. The robot moves a candidate to the next stage by creating tasks for HR specialists and notifying them.

Step 3

Automation of internal processes: Internal processes are displayed in the form of funnels with stages of adaptation and dismissal, transitions between stages and setting tasks for HR-specialists are automated.
