The company has been on the market for more than 5 years, has an extensive network of branches and interacts with contracted rapid response services. The company has more than 20 employees in the administrative center, which includes several departments.
Details
The goal of the project is to create a centralized system to manage interaction between employees of different departments in the process of working with customers. The main task is to ensure fast and efficient transfer of information and tasks, which will speed up the order acceptance process and improve the quality of customer service. The project involves the creation of a virtual office that will unite all communication channels, provide a single database for storing and structuring information about customers, their orders and interaction history. This will help to create a transparent and systematized environment for all employees of the company, improve coordination of work of departments and simplify access to the necessary data at any time.
