Creation of personal accounts for travel agents on the company's website:
Allowed travel agents to independently make requests, receive necessary documents and manage transactions in real time.
CRM integration with the website:
Linking data from personal offices to the CRM system to automatically create and update transactions and client data.
Document Automation:
Implementation of contract templates in Bitrix24, which enabled automatic generation of documents based on transaction data.
