The goal of the project is to improve the process of analyzing and tracking the results of promotions. Tasks include setting up the system to uniquely identify each customer coming through different promotions, which will allow to accurately identify the source of attraction and measure the conversion rate of each promotion. In this way, it will be possible to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising investments and optimize marketing costs while improving response to customer preferences and interests.

Step 1

Using a sales generator: Implemented the idea via Bitrix24 for data accumulation and internal segmentation of the customer base. The "sales generator" tool created a volume of repeat leads (leads with existing leads in the client's CRM).

Step 2

Creation and distribution of promo codes: When creating a lead, CRM Robot generated a special promo code. The promo code was automatically sent in sms-messages and duplicated to the client's e-mail.

Step 3

Identification of clients by promo code: The client called the manager his unique promo code, Bitrix24 identified which promotion the client came from. The manager found the client in the Bitrix24 database and converted the lead into a deal.

Step 4

Closing of unconverted leads: On the day the promotion ended, all unconverted leads were closed automatically by another CRM robot.

Result

Increased conversion from promotions: Conversion from promotions increased by 30% due to customer uniqueness and accurate source tracking. Increased accuracy of sales source tracking: Sales source tracking accuracy increased by 50% due to automatic identification of customers by promo code. Reduced Promo Code Processing Time: Time spent processing promo codes was reduced by 80% due to full automation of the process.
