We were approached by a client involved in interior design training. The main source of lead generation for the client was a YouTube channel that often hosts webinars and free courses. The Leeloo.ai platform is used to automate the customer journey through the sales funnel. There was a need to link this channel with Bitrix24 CRM system to automatically collect and store contacts of all warm leads.

The project includes integration of Leeloo.ai platform and Bitrix24 CRM system to automate the processing of leads originating from marketing activities, especially webinars. The goal of the project is to create a seamless business process that will improve the collection and processing of lead data, as well as speed up communication and increase sales efficiency.
- Platform Integration: Set up two-way integration between Leeloo.ai and Bitrix24 to automatically transfer lead data to the CRM system.
- Business process automation: Development of a business process for automatic processing and qualification of leads coming from Leeloo.ai.
- Generating and sending links: Creation of a system that automatically generates and sends links to access webinars to participants.
- Alert system: Implementing an alert mechanism that notifies the manager when action is needed or next steps in the process of interacting with potential customers.
These measures are aimed at maximizing the simplification of sales managers’ work and increasing their productivity by automating routine operations.
