The aim of the project is to create a system that allows hotel managers to issue online payment invoices for services, without the need to access the merchant terminal. This enables centralized management and tracking of all receipts, increasing security and control of financial transactions in the hotel. The system should provide automatic generation of payment links with integration of data from the hotel’s PMS and CRM to optimize workflow and reduce order processing time.

Step 1

Linking PMS with application: Development and integration of an application performing the functions of an online store with a processing center for payment processing.

Step 2

Creating a reservation in CRM: When creating a room reservation request, the client's data (full name, cost, contact details) were automatically transferred to Bitrix24.

Step 3

Generating and sending the payment link: The manager would confirm the booking and then a business process would be triggered to generate a customized payment link and send it to the customer's email.

Result

Increase in online payments: The ability to pay through customized links increased the number of online payments by 25%. Reduced payment processing time: Automating the process reduced payment processing time by 40%. Increased work efficiency: Managers are more efficient because access to a payment terminal is not required and payment status notifications are automated.
