The project objectives include the creation of a unified system for sales management, integrating all channels of communication with customers for centralized control and management. The project is aimed at optimizing the workload and increasing the efficiency of the sales department, automating the processes of sending goods via Novaya Pochta to speed up logistics and minimize errors. Also important is the development of a system for obtaining accurate and timely reports on the work of the department, which will allow management to make informed management decisions based on up-to-date data.
